• The Annual General Meeting of the IUAA is held in Dublin at the end of October every year. The venue rotates between DCU, TCD, Dublin-IT and UCD.

• The IUAA AGM is on Saturday 13th October 2012 in University College Dublin.

• First Announcement: Publication of Date and Host College plus Call for Motions
  
• Second Announcement: Date, Time, Venue, Map.
• Third Announcement: Letter informing members of the AGM, Motions and Reports.
• Agenda: Items for review and discussion, including positions open for election.
• Minutes of 2011 AGM
• Motions from the Universities Committee and the membership proposing changes to the Rules of Championship. NO MOTIONS RECEIVED
