The President thanked Maynooth for the excellent work they did in hosting the championship.
Stephen Lipson
explained the procedure and rules for entries for all IUAA championships. He
also informed everyone that they were available on the IUAA web page. Captains
were informed that the timetable for the indoors would be looked at to solve
the problem in relation to the 1500m heats and that the timetable would be
circulated shortly. Anyone with feedback on the online entries was asked to
talk to the administrator after the meeting in an effort to improve the system
for everyone.
The date for the
cross country was discussed, but seeing as UU were proving difficult to contact
in relation to the championships, no decision was made on the date. It was
thought that the event would be held on the course in Coleraine.
Everyone was invited to the presentation meal.
