• Event Assistants:  Due to the limited number of officials available to help out over the championship weekend each competing college is required to help out by providing 'Event Assistants' (helpers) at certain times during the duration of the championships. Any colleges not listed below are encouraged to help out over the course of the championships.

• 20lb WF - Women  10.15pm:  Cork-IT,  TCD,   UU

• High Jump - Men  10.15am:  NUI-Galway,   UL  

• Long Jump - Women  10.25am:  DCU,   Dublin-IT,   Waterford-IT

• Pole Vault - Women  10.55am:  DCU,   UCC

• Triple Jump - Men  11.25am:  Dublin-IT,   QUB    UCC

• 60m Hurdles Setup - Women  12.25pm:  All Competing Colleges

• 60m Hurdles Setup - Men  12.40pm:  All Competing Colleges

• 35lb WF - Men  1.30pm:  NUI-Galway,   UL

• Shot Putt - Women  1.45pm:  IT-Carlow,   IT-Sligo,   UCD  

• Long Jump - Men  1.55pm:  DCU,   Waterford-IT

• Pole Vault - Men  2.05pm:  Cork-IT,   UCC

• High Jump - Women  3.20pm:  TCD,   UCC  

• Shot Putt - Men  3.45pm:  Athlone-IT,   UL,   TCD  

• Triple Jump - Women  4.15pm:  TCD,   UCD
